PCG12RNA_dataset

The PCG12RNA nucleotide dataset was used to infer the phylogenies presented in Fig 7. It contains 36,658 positions and was assembled from 108 chloroplast genes of 71 green algae. The data set was prepared using Mesquite 3.04 and is in Nexus format. It comprises the sequences of 79 protein-coding genes (first two codon positions) as well as the sequences of 29 rRNA and tRNA genes.PCG12RNA核苷酸数据集被用于推断图7所呈现的系统发育关系。该数据集共包含36658个序列位点，由71种绿藻的108个叶绿体基因组装而成。数据集采用Mesquite 3.04进行预处理，文件格式为Nexus格式。其序列包含79个蛋白编码基因（密码子前两位位点）的序列，以及29个核糖体RNA（rRNA）和转运RNA（tRNA）基因的序列。
