Morphological profiles of U-2 OS cells with cDNA-mediated overexpression

Morphological profiles of U-2 OS cells perturbed with perturbations of cDNA-mediated overexpression. This is a re-processed version of data published in:Rohban, M. H., Singh, S., Wu, X., Berthet, J. Systematic morphological profiling of human gene and allele function via Cell Painting. eLife, 6, e24060. https://doi.org/10/ghkrp7The data provided here has been reprocessed by combining data from the provided sqlite databases and csv files into a h5ad AnnData file, which can be read in with the AnnData Python package (documentation available here).Morphological profiles are present in the AnnData's X slot, other features that do not quantify a single cell's morphology directly are placed in obsm.Two versions of the data are available: the full data and a subsample in which only two DMSO wells and two C-EBP alpha wells were kept.Additionally, image-level data that can be used for quality control is provided, also as AnnData file.Lastly, for unit-testing, a small csv file is provided in the style of CellProfiler data exports. This file only contains data on four single-cells and is thus not meant for analysis purposes.The processing was performed by Jesko Wagner who claims no authorship of the data.
