CFA Fixed property use

When CFA attends a fire or other incident (e.g.  road rescue) a report is prepared on the characteristics of the incident and entered into FIRS. Data available in FIRS include type of incident (e.g. bushfire/grassfire, road rescue, residential fires), call characteristics, area characteristics,  rescue information, measures for hazardous materials (if applicable), ignition sources, fire fighting (e.g. how the fire was extinguished) and structure characteristics. By collecting information on fire and incidents FIRS assists with better understanding of the prevalence of each incident and contributing factors to incidents. Data are collected on an ongoing basis and have been captured since 1994. Fixed property use is a mandatory field in FIRS.

当CFA（Country Fire Authority）出警处置火灾或其他突发事件（如道路救援）时，工作人员将针对该事件的特征编制报告，并将其录入消防事件记录系统（Fire Incident Recording System，简称FIRS）。FIRS存储的数据集涵盖事件类型（如丛林火灾/草原火灾、道路救援、住宅火灾）、接警特征、区域特征、救援信息、危险物质处置措施（如适用）、点火源、灭火手段（如火灾的扑灭方式）以及建筑特征等内容。通过收集各类火灾及突发事件的相关信息，FIRS可助力相关方更深入地掌握各类事件的发生频次，明晰引发事件的各类促成因素。该数据集为持续收集所得，自1994年起便已开始采集录入。固定场所用途为FIRS中的必填字段。
