It includes all the computational data for Fisher’s alpha, Shannon diversity, Morisita-Horn, and Sorensen’s (both qualitative and quantitative) similarity. Column definitions: 1. Taxonomic order of OTU 2. Genus and species epithet of OTU 3. OTU number 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. Identity of plant in 5 mm plots. (SSc = Sevilleta Sporobolus cryptandrus) # = plot number 5, 7, 9,11, 13. Proportion sequences of that OTU in that plant (column) in July. 14. Total number of sequences of that fungal OTU in the 5 mm plots in July 15. Contig number in sequencher. 1 = presence of OTU in a contig 16. Singletons. 1 = only one sequence of this OTU obtained 17. Proportion of sequences of row OTU in all plants in 5 mm plots in July 18.
