Mice lung gene expression profiles in response to Mycobacterium abscessus

Mice were challneged with Mycobacterium abscessus cell wall particles intra- tracheally or saline. Lung was harvested after 3 weeks. RNA extracted from lungs and RNASeq was performed to identify differentially expressed genes. Mice challenged with MAB cell wall microparticles up to 4 times. 3weeks later mice killed and lung harvested. Control group was challenged with saline under same procedure. Treated group is 4 animals compared to 3 controls.
