Wierden (Legislative Regulation)

This file contains weeds as laid down in the Environmental Ordinance of the Province of Groningen. In this Environmental Regulation, we have introduced rules to protect these areas. In our province are many characteristic settlements whose spatial structure is closely linked to the surrounding landscape. We protect these values. There are, among other things, weed villages. According to the 3.1.6 of the Spatial Planning Decree, municipalities must introduce protective rules for cultural historical values.
