New draft genome of the protozoan parasite Bonamia ostreae

In order to obtain the new draft genome the protozoan parasite Bonamia ostreae the major pathogen of the flat oyster Ostrea edulis, we purified the parasite from its host, we extracted its DNA with different approches and sequenced those DNA with Nanopore long-read sequencing.
