资源简介:
We initiated the study of rice-roots-microbiote in Burkina Faso (in the frame of the collaboration between two laboratories: IRD/IPME-PHIM in France and INERA/Phytopathology Laboratory in Burkina Faso) in order to identify interesting bacterial isolates for their potential agronomic applications on rice growth improvement and biocontrol effect. In order to constitute the collection of rice root associated bacteria, root samples were recovered from rice fields during three successive years (from 2017 until 2019) in two studied regions of rice growing areas in West of Burkina Faso (Barro et al., 2021; Barro et al., 2022). The sampling had place during different phases of rice plant development. The rice root samples were treated in order to obtain bacterial suspensions out of entire roots (total microflore) or surface sterilised roots (putative endophytes), which were than plated on five different culture media (TSA, NGNFM, NFb, PCAT, Baz).
