Development of gene expression signatures for the A549 cells that overexpressed of FOSB

Strongly induction of FOSB was observed in a cationic anticancer peptide TP4 treated human A549 lung cancer cell-line, causing obvious cell death. This work aims to address the gene expression profiling upon FOSB overexpression in A549 cell. A549 cells were transfected with either FOSB-GFP or GFP vector for 40hr. Duplicated total RNA samples (i.e. two GFP and two FOSB-GFP transfected groupse) were collected for further microarray study.
