The pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes (T2D) is complex. Oxidative stress has been found to be closely related to the pathogenesis of T2D. Oenothera erythrosepala Borb.(OeB) is a kind of nutritional drug with the activity of antioxidant. However, the mechanism of OeB in treating T2D is unclear yet. The alterations of intestinal flora were measured by using 16S rRNA sequencing.
