These files contain the English translations of two self-designed questionnaires: the Early Postnatal Questionnaire (EPQ) and the Late Postnatal Questionnaire (LPQ). Both tools were utilized in a prospective single-center study investigating risk and protective factors for postpartum depression (PPD) among Polish women. A total of 311 participants completed the EPQ shortly after delivery and the LPQ four weeks postpartum. The study identified key predictors of PPD, including prior depressive episodes, family history of depression, preterm delivery risk, and postpartum anxiety related to the child's health, breastfeeding, and sleep problems. Protective factors included physical activity, financial satisfaction, and sufficient sleep.
