Transcriptome sequencing analysis of LPS-induced BEAS-2B cells

Acute lung injury(ALI) and its progression stage acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) are common clinical syndromes with high morbidity and mortality. We revealed the expression profile of the in vitro model of ALI by analyzing the transcriptome sequencing of LPS-induced human bronchial epithelial cells(BEAS-2B cell). BEAS-2B cells were divided into 2 groups: the control group(without LPS stimulation) and the LPS group(10ug/mL LPS for 24 h), each group contained 3 samples.
