Human resource allocation in enterprises accounts for the workforce requirement and task processes limited to the digital economy. The use of optimization models is reliable in providing decisions on enterprise human resource allocation. In this article, a fuzzy reasoning optimization model is introduced to ensure optimal human resource allocation toward task process completion satisfying the bounds of the digital economy. First, the actual demands and economy allocations are identified for which mapping is performed. These mapping derivatives are identified using fuzzy reasoning to prevent idle human resource retention and to prevent unnecessary economic expenses. The mapping derivatives are reduced based on the rate of enterprise task completion and economy savings over different years. Besides, the proposed model is designed to adapt to the digital economy era considering the need for enterprise development. Therefore, the proposed model is defined further based on its previous decisions using fuzzy reasoning. In this case, the mapping between enterprise demands and economic considerations is improved for the unsatisfied human resource task completions.
