Release Overview This release provides the synthetic Electric Vehicle (EV) charging load profiles generated for the study "A data-driven probabilistic framework for estimating grid impacts of EV charging at scale" (published in IJEPES, 2025). Contents Hourly Profiles: Power demand in kW for each Swedish DeSO region. Statistical Analysis: Descriptive statistics (mean, max, percentiles) per zone. Typical Day Curves: Aggregated 24-hour profiles for smart and uncoordinated charging. Generation Framework: Python scripts (generate_profiles.py, public_charger_logic.py, etc.) and supporting input distributions. Metadata Note The profiles represent a one-year simulation horizon with a 10-day burn-in period removed to ensure stable State of Charge (SOC) results.
