资源简介:
N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) is an RNA modification that occurs on the adenine of mRNA, long non-coding RNA and other RNAs. Recent researches has shown that m6A can participate in the regulation of many important life processes, such as stem cell differentiation, animal and plant development, cancer and immunity. To our knowledge, m6A RNA modification profile of macrophages stimulated by Treponema pallidum has not been reported so far. Here, We report the m6A profile of the whole transcriptome in a Tp-infected macrophage model for the first time, showing a highly different m6A modification pattern compared to macrophages without infection. We hope that this data will contributes to our understanding of the potential role of m6A modification in the immune response of macrophages stimulated by Tp.
