Genomic ancestry and GUSB gene expression data

Analysis of <i>GUSB</i> gene expression profile and genomic ancestry for MPS VII. The analysis of <i>GUSB</i> gene expression is a case-control study in which the sample consisted of 23 individuals divided into two groups: a control group of 20 individuals without the disease and an MPS VII group of one patient with the new variant and his parents (heterozygotes). The study of genomic ancestry of MPS VII is a retrospective cohort study in which samples for ancestry analysis consisted of 5 of the 13 patients with MPS VII.
