A New lanostane-type triterpenoid and a natural phenanthridine-6(5H)-one derivative from the stem bark of Anonidium mannii (Annonaceae)

The data consists of NMR data, mass spectrosmetric data and IR values. There are also tables summarising chemical shift values from NMR experiments of known compounds. The data was obtained by running analytical experiments on compounds isolated from plants extracts by chromatographic techniques. The NMR spectra shown in this work were process from FID data obtained from NMR instrument by using MestReNova 12.0 softwaret. Tables containing chemical shift values obtained from the NMR spectrum of known compounds. The data was used to determine the structures of compounds described in the main article.本数据集包含核磁共振波谱（Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR）数据、质谱数据以及红外（Infrared, IR）数值，另有汇总已知化合物核磁共振实验化学位移值的表格。本数据集通过对经色谱技术从植物提取物中分离得到的化合物开展分析实验获取。 本研究中展示的核磁共振波谱，均通过使用MestReNova 12.0软件处理核磁共振仪器采集的自由感应衰减信号（Free Induction Decay, FID）数据得到，另有汇总已知化合物核磁共振谱化学位移值的表格。 本数据集用于确定主文章中所述化合物的分子结构。
