Full body CT scan of a deceased Varanus exanthematicus. Scanned at scanned at 100 kVp 400 Ma (0.6 x 0.4 mm). The animal was donated to the University of Utah by James Dix (Utah's Reptile Rescue Service). The animal was intubated and the lungs inflated with a 60 cc syringe prior to scanning. The animal died from unknown natural causes.
