Sequence alignment file with 719 bp Y Chromosome partial sequences of both forest, savanna and hybrid elephants. This file contains sequences of pure reference African forest and savanna elephants and Asian elephants from Genbank, along with sequences generated through this study from pure (forest and savanna) and hybrid elephants. Total 91 sequences are aligned in this file.本文件为序列比对文件，涵盖森林象、稀树草原象与杂交象的719个碱基对（base pair, bp）Y染色体（Y Chromosome）部分序列。本文件包含来自基因银行（GenBank）的纯系参考非洲森林象、非洲稀树草原象及亚洲象的序列，同时收录本研究获得的纯系（森林象与稀树草原象）及杂交象的序列。本文件中共包含91条完成比对的序列。
