<b>Integrating Heart Rate Variability and Psychometric Assessments to Evaluate Stress and Burnout in ICU Nursing Staff: A Pilot Study</b>

This pilot study aimed to evaluate the relationship between HRV metrics and psychometric assessments of stress and anxiety in ICU nursing staff. Additionally, it explored the influence of shift type, shift duration, demographic factors, and lifestyle habits on these stress indicators
