Dataset for "Tree harvest decisions modulate the climate impact of rewetting in a low-productive peatland forest in boreal Sweden"

This dataset is a compilation of 1) biotic and abiotic conditions and 2) chamber-based CO2 and CH4 fluxes for the peatland area as well as the ditch, all measured at the peatland rewetting site located within the Trollberget Experimental Area (TEA), northern Sweden. The measurement period covers two pre-rewetting (2019-2020) and two post-rewetting (2021-2022) years.
