Laodelphax striatella ovary transcriptome raw sequence reads

The small brown plant hopper (SBPH), Laodelphax striatella Fallén (Hemiptera, Delphacidae), is one of the most notorious rice pests transmitting various plant virus. RSV is transmitted transovarially by SBPH in a persistent and circulative-propagative manner. However, retorire of genes involved in the rice stripe virus (RSV) propagation process within the ovary when infected with RSV have been barely explored. The study should provide clues on the roles of ovary in RSV accumulation and information for future functional research of genes involved in RSV transovarial transmission within the ovary of L. striatella.
