Hi-C in neural stem cells before and after Phf2 KO

To model and characterize the chromatin regulatory landscape in Neural stem cell before and after Phf2 knockout, we performed HiC to map large-scale 3D architectural rewiring in WT and Phf2-KO NSC. Overall design: Hi-C in WT and Phf2-KO NSC.
