该数据集来自于稀土近红外发光纳米晶的合成及发光性能调控研究,包含稀土纳米晶的近红外发光光谱和量子产率数据。高效稀土近红外发光纳米晶的合成对提高生物成像信噪比和灵敏度具有重要意义。本工作研究了不同稀土离子掺杂纳米晶的量子产率,观察到LiLuF4:Nd@LiLuF4纳米晶具有高近红外发光量子产率,达到32%。所述数据在荧光光谱仪(Edinburgh FLS-980)上采集获得,采集时间为2017年11月1日至2022年5月1日,采集地点为北京大学。该数据集对应技术指标中稀土纳米材料的高效近红外发光。数据体量约为1 MB。
This dataset is derived from a study on the synthesis and luminescence performance regulation of rare earth near-infrared (NIR) luminescent nanocrystals, and contains near-infrared luminescence spectra and quantum yield data of rare earth nanocrystals. The synthesis of high-efficiency rare earth NIR luminescent nanocrystals is of great significance for improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and sensitivity of biological imaging. This work investigated the quantum yields of nanocrystals doped with various rare earth ions, and observed that LiLuF4:Nd@LiLuF4 nanocrystals exhibited a high NIR luminescence quantum yield of up to 32%. The data were collected using a fluorescence spectrometer (Edinburgh FLS-980) from November 1, 2017 to May 1, 2022 at Peking University. This dataset corresponds to the high-efficiency near-infrared luminescence of rare earth nanomaterials specified in the relevant technical indicators, with a total data volume of approximately 1 MB.
