Turnover of rhizosphere microbiome dominate the decline of tomato bacterial wilt under mono-cropping system

Tomato bacterial wilt is one of the most lethal diseases in tomato plantations, especially in the continuous cropping agroecosystem. In this study, bulk soil, rhizosphere soil, and root endosphere samples obtained from a continuous tomato mono-cropping filed for four years were used to explore the succession of bacterial community along with the increasing mono-cropping time and the relationship with the disease severity of bacterial wilt.
