We are analyzing the transcriptomic landscape in Primary Cd34+ve HSPCs following a pulsed leucine deprivation as well as excess supplementation of Leucine Control set of HSPCs were cultured in media containing 0.8 mM of Leucine as our control. Experiment1 was HSPCs cultured for 6 hrs in a media containing no leucine in it (0mM). Experiment 2 is HSPCs cultured for 6 hrs in a media containing excess leucine (2mM)
