The purpose of this study was to determine the genomic localization similarities and differences in the FET/ETS translocations that have been identified as drivers of Ewing sarcoma. Overall design: Endogenous EWS/FLI was knocked-down in the Ewing sarcoma A673 cell line and FET/ETS cDNA constructs were expressed in these cells via viral transduction. Cells were collected after 8 days in antibiotic selection and CUT&Tag was performed, using an antibody directed-Tn5 enzyme, to show specific binding regions for each of the FET/ETS fusions. 2 biological replicates of each sample were performed for this experiment.
