Adolescence is a critical stage of human development characterized by significant physical, psychological, and social changes. Psychological literacy plays an essential role in shaping adolescents’ health behaviors, emotional regulation, and lifestyle choices, which directly influence their physical development. This study explores the relationship between psychological literacy and physical development in adolescents, focusing on self-awareness, stress management, motivation, and health-related decision-making. The findings indicate that adolescents with higher levels of psychological literacy demonstrate better physical health indicators, healthier lifestyles, and stronger adaptive capacities. The study highlights the importance of integrating psychological education into school curricula to support holistic adolescent development.
