French gastronomy: specialties that Germans would be ready to taste 2013

In France in 2013, about 1,000 german tourists were asked about their culinary preferences when it comes to french food, and which of products they were ready to try. About 30 percent of german tourists were ready to taste truffles. Surprisingly, about 20 percent stated that they were not willing to try any French specialities.
