HUSCH

Human Universal Single Cell Hub (HUSCH) is a scRNA-seq database for analyzing and visualizing human gene expression in different tissues. The HUSCH database consists 185 datasets from 45 cell interaction analyses for each dataset, and also enables online cell-type annotation based on the curated reference.human tissues covering 7 different platforms.
