Data on speeding fines waived, overdue and written off - OSR

Released under formal Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Application to Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) - FA#48 15-16\r\n\r\n"1. The number and value of speeding fines issued since 1 January 2013 that were subsequently withdrawn or cautioned and the reasons for the decision to withdraw or caution the fines. \r\n\r\n2. The number and value of overdue speeding fines (ie, fines that have been enforced but remain outstanding) as at 31 December 2013 and as at 31 December 2014.\r\n\r\n3. The value of unpaid speeding fines that have been written off in calendar years 2013 and in 2014.

本数据集系通过正式《政府信息公开申请》（Government Information Public Access，GIPA）向财政、服务与创新部（Department of Finance, Services and Innovation，DFSI）提出申请获取，申请编号为FA#48 15-16。

1. 2013年1月1日起开具的超速罚单中，后续被撤销或予以警告的罚单数量与涉案金额，以及作出撤销或警告处罚决定的具体理由。

2. 截至2013年12月31日及2014年12月31日的逾期未缴超速罚单数量与金额（即已完成执法流程但仍未结清的罚单）。

3. 2013年及2014年自然年度内核销的未缴超速罚单总金额。
