Effects of scd deletion on gene expression during zebrafish liver lipid homeostasis

To investigate the role of the zebrafish scd gene in the regulation of lipid homeostasis, we constructed mutant zebrafish with a deletion of the scd gene. We then performed gene expression profiling using data obtained by RNA-seq of 2 types of zebrafish livers. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from WT and Mutant zebrafish livers.
