Analysis of the transcriptome of the reproductive meristems of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0. We compared the transcriptome obtained from lsh1 lsh3 lsh4 triple mutant to a wild type control sampling reproductive meristems enriched in IM, FM and first stages of flower development until stage 8 from lsh1 lsh3 lsh4 and wild type background. Four independent replicates for each genotype were performed
