NORMATIVE-LEGAL BASIS OF EXPRESSING ADMINISTRATIVE METHODS IN ORGANIZATIONAL-HEAD ACTIVITIES

This thesis analyzes the normative-legal basis of expressing administrative methods in organizational-headquarters activities. It is highlighted that the effective use of administrative influence methods in the management process depends on their expression through specific legal forms. In organizational-headquarters activities, the role of documents in regulating the management process, the importance of coordinating the activities of management entities and the effective implementation of management decisions is analyzed.
