Sparganium erectum (bur reed), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Sparganium erectum, common name bur reed, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/).
