The series consists of bound volumes of minutes of the regular meetings of the Hunter District Council of Technical and Further Education , recording discussions and recommendations made by the Council.Discussions recorded in the minutes include recommendations with regard to areas such as buildings and maintenance, capital works, equipment needs, staff development, administration of the budget, and the introduction, revision and withdrawal of courses. Much of the minuted discussions revolve around accommodation issues and the co-ordination of the approved budget.There is an index in the front of each volume.
