The table lists Ct value and log copies/reaction using standard commercial EBV calibrators (EBV Q-PCR Alert Standard kit, ELITech Group, Puteaux, France). Negative cell-free CSF samples were spiked with EBV DNA concentrations ranging from 105 to 102 copies/microl.
