Data for: Identifying geothermal resources in Australia using shallow groundwater temperature data

This dataset contains the supporting data for the study "Identifying geothermal resources in Australia using shallow groundwater temperature data". It includes: Supp File 1: Compiled subsurface groundwater temperature data (depth < 50 m) for the Perth Basin (WA) and Hunter Valley (NSW). Supp File 2: Long-term average surface air temperature data extracted for each groundwater data point. Supp File 3: Interpolated groundwater temperature grids (GeoTIFF format) for both study areas. Supp File 4: Interpolated temperature difference (ΔT) grids (GeoTIFF format) representing the shallow geothermal anomalies
