D indicates the primer pair ArF2/LoboR1. 1, 2, 3 and 4 (after primers) indicate the four different natural communities. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (after hyphen) indicate the five samples of each natural community.D代表引物对ArF2/LoboR1。引物后标注的1、2、3、4四个编号，分别对应四个不同的自然群落；连字符后标注的1、2、3、4、5五个编号，则代表每个自然群落所对应的五个样本。
