All-plastic-fiber D-shaped functionalized biosensor through ROI-camera analysis: towards IoT-based DIY saliva analysis

This repository contains processed experimental data for IL-8 protein detection, an oral squamous cell carcinoma biomarker, using a D-shaped plastic optical fiber biosensor in artificial saliva. The dataset includes processed data from seven sensors, as reported in the original article. The repository also includes a mobile application for image acquisition.
