compost Raw sequence reads

Samples were collected on day 0, 4, 9, 15, 20 and 27 of hyperthermophilic composting and thermophilic composting of a mixture of 65% mushroom residue, 30% fresh cow dung, and 5% recycled compost. The variable V3-V4 region of 16S rDNA was amplified using Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix (M0532S, New England Biolabs, Beijing) and the specific primers 341F and 806R with the barcode. The constructed library was sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
