To study the transcriptional programs of FOXM1 isoforms, we generated a FOXM1 CRISPR knockout cell line then reconstituted it with FOXM1a, b or c and performed RNA sequencing. Overall design: Methods: HEK293T cells were transfected in triplicate with plasmids expressing empty, FOXM1a, FOXM1c and FOXM1b. Total RNA was harvested at 48 hours and RNA squencing was performed.
