Data, R code, and supplementary material for "Resource and landscape-scale habitat availability shape insectivorous bat assemblages in a high-altitude Andean city"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data, R code, and supplementary material associated with the manuscript “Resource and landscape-scale habitat availability shape insectivorous bat assemblages in a high-altitude Andean city.” The dataset includes site-level acoustic bat responses and environmental predictors from 29 urban sampling sites in La Paz, Bolivia. Response variables include acoustically detected taxon richness, total bat-pass counts, activity rates, and species-specific acoustic activity for Myotis oxyotus, Histiotus montanus, Tadarida brasiliensis, and an additional acoustic sonotype. Environmental predictors include local habitat conditions, artificial light at night, NDVI, insect availability, distance to the nearest habitat remnant, and habitat availability at local, 200 m, 500 m, and 1,000 m spatial scales. The repository also includes the incidence dataset used for rarefaction analyses, the complete R script used to reproduce the analyses, a README file, a data dictionary, and the supplementary material associated with the manuscript.
