收藏资源简介:
Risk Prevention Plans (RPPs) are the essential tool of the State in terms of risk prevention. Their objective is to control development in areas at risk. The development of a PPR generates a series of spatial data organised into several datasets. The same PPR shall include the spatial datasets containing: — scope of exposure to risks, — restricted areas of the plan once approved. PPR regulations distinguish between “building prohibition zones”, so-called “red zones”, where the general rule is the prohibition on construction; ‘prescription areas’, known as ‘blue zones’ where projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of issue and hazard and areas not directly exposed to risks but subject to prohibitions or requirements. The data are of an informative nature, only the paper documents with the visa of the prefecture are authentic.
