This repository contains the raw data for the following publication:

DATA INFO:

Due to storage limitations, we are providing tab delimited .txt files that contain the raw x-y position data of tracked ticks.
Each .txt file contains data from a single tick. The columns are:
(1) time information in seconds
(2) x positions in cm
(3) y positions in cm
Further details about each data set can be found in the description of each folder.

ANALYSIS SCRIPTS:

For analysis, we used custom written MATLAB scripts. The analysis codes are not included in the repository. Requests for access to analysis codes should be directed to the lead contact, Carola Städele ([e-mail]).
