Gut microbiota of mouse infected by Giardia muris

Raw 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from faecal samples collected from BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice at 2 weeks following experimental infection with 1,000 cysts of Giardia muris, and uninfected controls of each mouse line. The data set includes three types of files: 1. Raw reads files – 2 per sample (demultiplexed): e.g. Sample-I3_S16_L001_R1_001.fastq.gz and Sample-I3_S16_L001_R2_001.fastq.gz 2. Metadata file containing the relevant contextual information for each sample: Mouse_Giardia_muris_gut-microbiota.csv 3. OTU table created using Qiime2 including all of the taxonomic information: OTU_table.biom

本数据集包含BALB/c与C57BL/6小鼠粪便样本的原始16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因测序数据：所有受试小鼠均经实验感染1000个鼠贾第鞭毛虫（Giardia muris）包囊，于感染后2周采集粪便样本，同时设置对应品系的未感染对照组。
本数据集包含三类文件：
1. 原始读段文件：每个样本对应2份已完成去多路复用的文件，例如Sample-I3_S16_L001_R1_001.fastq.gz与Sample-I3_S16_L001_R2_001.fastq.gz
2. 元数据文件：包含各样本的相关背景信息，文件名为Mouse_Giardia_muris_gut-microbiota.csv
3. 采用Qiime2生成的操作分类单元（OTU）表，涵盖全部分类学信息，文件名为OTU_table.biom
