Data Use: This service provides spatial data for Dallas City Decennial Census tracts designated as Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs). In the Comprehensive Urban Agriculture Plan, QOZs are meant to provide a greater understanding of locations that may be eligible for Federal funding for urban agriculture enterprises models.
