GBS data from: Genetic Diversity of Indigenous Rice Varieties Cultivated by Mon-Khmer-Speaking Ethnic Communities in Thailand

Genotype-by-sequencing data from 100 rice seed samples collected from 11 Mon-Khmer communities in Northern Thailand were generated by Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform. Biallelic variants were called relative to the Oryza sativa Japonica Group (Japanese rice) genome assembly IRGSP-1.0 from the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences. SNPs were filtered with a quality score (QUAL) > 30% and a depth of coverage (DP) > 10%.
