Raw dataset: storage-root yield of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) under guinea pig manure and municipal solid waste compost on an acidic Amazonian Ultisol
收藏资源简介:
Raw and processed dataset supporting a field study of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz, var. Ucucha rumo) response to two locally available organic amendments — guinea pig manure (cuyaza) and municipal solid waste (MSW) compost — applied at 10, 20 and 40 t/ha on an acidic Ultisol (Typic Paleudult) in Yurimaguas, Alto Amazonas, Loreto, Peru. The experiment followed a randomized complete block design (7 treatments × 4 blocks = 28 experimental units), evaluating the 9 central net plants per plot. The dataset includes raw yield data per plot (root number and weight, total and commercial), final soil chemistry per plot, treatment means with ANOVA/Tukey statistics, and phosphorus–yield correlations at treatment-mean (n = 7) and individual-plot (n = 28) scales. A documented README and a Python script (analisis_yuca.py) that reproduces all statistics are included. Soil available phosphorus was determined by the modified Olsen method as prescribed by Peruvian national regulation DS 013-2010-AG.
