NRS-3730 | Minutes of proceedings [Sydney District Council]

These are minutes of meetings from the first, held at "the New Court House Woolloomooloo" on 5 September 1843, to that held at the office of the Secretary on 9 December 1845. The minutes show the date, time and place of meetings, the members present, the movers and seconders of motions, and, on important motions the divisions. No debate is recorded. Also included are copies of some reports received by the Council, protests by members disassociating themselves from decisions of the majority, some letters which the Secretary was instructed to write, and a few miscellaneous records.
